New York-based associate Rebeca Mosquera will welcome attendees. Then ICC YAAF representatives and Rekha Rangachari from the New York International Arbitration Center (NYIAC) will facilitate the session that includes two separate debates: (1) Jurisdiction: Should the model law be amended? and (2) Arbitrator Appointment: Party v. institutional appointment.
