Global law firm Reed Smith is delighted to announce the appointment of Mark Pring, who will join the firm’s top tier rated insurance recoveries team as partner. Mark is currently head of Addleshaw Goddard LLP insurance practice.
Mark has established experience in handling complex coverage issues for policyholders including multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration proceedings. His experience extends across professional indemnity, financial institutional risks, D&O, property, energy and construction classes of business. He has a particular knowledge of coverage issues arising out of offshore jurisdictions.
Mark has spent his career operating out of both London and Dubai. While based in the Middle East he spent his time handling complex international arbitration proceedings and advised a range of commercial clients on core risk management issues, including the structuring of multi-jurisdictional reinsurance programmes, corporate governance matters, and anti-corruption policies and procedures.
