This is the sixth year that the OUTstanding lists have celebrated LGBT executives and allies, who are not only successful in their careers, but are also creating supportive workplaces for other LGBT people.

Jonathan, who sits on the board of Reed Smith’s LGBT network, PRISM, and its disability network, LEADRS, works to ensure LGBT staff, including disabled staff, have networks promoting visibility and acceptance. He was also the first autistic LGBT+ person to address the UN, speaking on business and charity safeguarding disability rights. 
Earlier in October, Jonathan was also awarded the ‘Rising Star’ accolade in the UK Social Mobility Awards for his significant contribution to advancing the cause of social mobility.

I’m also honoured to represent the legal profession as the only trainee solicitor featured, alongside fantastic people from a variety of firms,” said Jonathan.

Jonathan co-founded the London Bisexual Network, which works across various professions to raise awareness of bisexuality and bi-specific issues. Being bisexual, disabled and having experience of social mobility, Jonathan is a passionate advocate for intersectionality. He is a trustee of Ambitious about Autism and Stonewall, serves on the Westminster Autism Commission, is a Law Society Equality Board member, and serves as Mind’s Equality Improvement Champion.
