Reed Smith is pleased to announce that the Shaw Trust Power List has named Jonathan Andrews among the most influential disabled people in the UK. Andrews, who sits on the boards of Reed Smith's LGBT network PRISM, and the disability network LEADRS, is a trainee solicitor in the London office. He is upfront about his autism, and has worked on recruitment procedures to help increase the number of disabled lawyers who are hired by the firm.

The Shaw Trust Power List aims to change perceptions of disability, tackle social exclusion, and provide role models for the young leaders of tomorrow. It is judged by the CEO of the British Disability Forum, among others, and the final report features an article on Andrews.
