Washington, D.C.-based partners Colette D. Honorable, a former Commissioner of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), and her FERC team co-leader, Regina Y. Speed-Bost, will lead a panel discussion on “Navigating Regulatory Potholes.”
