Victoria Becker is a partner in the Real Estate Group and concentrates her practice on commercial real estate transactions, zoning and land use matters. She represents corporate clients, developers, real estate investment trusts (REITs), lenders, and institutions with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing of commercial real estate. Her practice includes counseling clients on real estate development issues, governmental approvals, and construction of improvements. Victoria also assists buyers, sellers and tenants with sale/leasebacks for single tenant and multi-property portfolio transactions nationwide, as well as representing landlords and tenants in lease and sublease transactions for office buildings, shopping centers, retail spaces, and warehouse properties.
