Victoria is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group and concentrates her practice on real estate transactions, zoning and land use matters. Victoria has experience representing corporate clients, investors, real estate investment trusts (REITs) and institutions with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing of commercial real estate. Her practice includes counseling clients on real estate development issues, obtaining governmental approvals and construction of improvements. Victoria also assists purchasers and landlords with sale/leasebacks for single tenant and multi-property portfolio transactions nationwide. In addition, Victoria represents landlords and tenants in lease and sublease transactions for office buildings, shopping centers, retail spaces, and warehouse properties.
