Mark is a corporate and investment funds lawyer in the Hong Kong office, and his areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, formation of investment funds, investments into fund vehicles, and fund restructurings.
His investment funds practise includes formation of investment funds (including private equity funds, hedge funds and co-investment vehicles), investments into fund vehicles, fund restructurings and fund financing.
Mark has significant experience in Asian cross-border merger and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital raisings, and he acts for a number of Asian-based venture capital funds and entrepreneurial corporates.
He has previously worked in-house for Consolidated Press Holdings, the Packer family investment holding company in Australia, and he holds an executive MBA, both of which have given him a more commercial approach to his practice.
