Acting for GlobalData plc on a series of buyback programs and a tender offer to buyback shares, which saw it return a total of £140 million to shareholders over an eighteen month period in 2024-2026
Acting for Nanoco Group to return £33 million to shareholders following its successful patent litigation against a global electronics company
Acting for Colefax Group (the owner of the Colefax and Fowler and other luxury brands) on regular tender offers and buyback programs to return surplus cash to shareholders over the last ten years
