Ali is a senior employment lawyer and is the knowledge management lawyer for the UK Labour and Employment team. Using her subject matter expertise, Ali designs and runs the training programme, keeps the group updated, captures know how and prepares guidance and precedents.
Before her KML role, Ali’s career involved working as an employment lawyer in private practice and in-house, advising both private and public sector organisations covering contentious and non-contentious matters. Ali has particular expertise in strategic business support and business reorganisations,
Ali has a personal interest in fostering improved communication, collaboration, efficiency and wellbeing in teams, as well as promoting healthy working practices and relationships. Ali’s Masters in psychology has improved her understanding of human behaviour.
Ali is an accredited civil and commercial mediator, and mentors law students at the University of Law.
