Tyree chairs Reed Smith’s Global Labor and Employment Group and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He also serves as a leading member of the Reed Smith’s global environmental, social and governance (ESG) practice. He is a trial lawyer with more than 30 years of experience litigating complex commercial disputes alleging civil rights violations in the consumer finance, employment, housing, and information management sectors. His national practice spans an array of industries including transportation, financial services, healthcare and defense contracting.
