Zachary is counsel in the firm’s Global Commercial Disputes group in the New York office. As an experienced litigator, Zachary represents multinational companies across a broad range of industries in high-stakes lawsuits in federal and state courts.
Zachary assists clients with every stage of litigation. He has substantial experience addressing client needs by providing initial case analysis, developing legal strategy, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, conducting all aspects of discovery, litigating at trial, and handling appeals. At all times, Zachary maintains a deep understanding of his clients’ business and legal goals.
Zachary maintains an active pro bono practice. Additionally, for several years he served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham University School of Law, where he taught first-year legal writing. Before joining Reed Smith, Zachary worked at another prominent New York law firm. He also clerked for federal judges in both the Eastern District of New York and on the Ninth Circuit.
Zachary is a member of the Recruiting Committee for Reed Smith’s New York office and helps to develop associate mentoring and development programs.
