Foram advises government and private sector clients on a range of regulatory, commercial and construction law matters. She has advised on some of the largest projects in Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh Metro, Green Riyadh, NEOM, PIF-backed projects and port concessions. Her clients span the transportation, construction and entertainment and media sectors.

Foram also advises Saudi government entities on complex regulatory matters, including the harmonisation of local legislation with international conventions, and routinely represents clients in alternative dispute resolution matters.
