Brandon joined Reed Smith in 2018 as a member of the Records & E-Discovery Group. He provides support on a wide variety of projects, including government investigations, due diligence reviews, contractual disputes, and complex litigation matters.
He works with review teams tasked with analyzing documents for responsiveness and privilege, often providing training and QC of other team members’ work, while coordinating with case teams on all aspects of review projects. He also works with case teams to prepare productions and privilege logs, and assists with various other aspects of discovery, including deposition preparation and factual analysis. Brandon has experience working directly with clients, providing advice as well as performing on-site document collection and analysis.
Brandon has also assisted the State Tax Group on a number of unclaimed property matters, for which he has performed research, drafted numerous memoranda, and analyzed client financial reports for potential remediation of state tax liability.
Prior to joining Reed Smith, Brandon worked on criminal and family court matters.
