McKay is an associate in the Global Corporate Group and a member of Reed Smith’s Crypto & Digital Assets Group. McKay has broad experience in investment management that includes representing private fund managers and institutional investors. He has also represented start-ups, growth companies, and private equity firms in a broad range of domestic and international matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities offerings, corporate governance and commercial matters, and other strategic transactions. His experience with project management, process improvement, and technology solutions help the firm better deliver legal services.
