Arturo is a member of Reed Smith’s Energy & Natural Resources Group. He has extensive experience litigating high stakes disputes before courts and arbitration tribunals in Latin America, Europe, and the United States under the most widely used institutional rules. Over the course of his career, Arturo has represented owners and contractors in the conventional and renewable energy sectors; joint venture partners pursuing technology and manufacturing projects; commodities trading companies; and players across the entire energy value chain. Arturo is fully fluent in Spanish and English and advocates for his clients in both languages.
