Prior to joining Reed Smith, along with practicing law, Mitesh helped start the Intellectual Property Clinic at Lincoln Law School in San Jose under the USPTO Law School Clinic Certification Pilot Program, where he trained and supervised students in the trademark clinic. Mitesh has taught as an adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco’s School of Management and at Santa Clara University’s Leavy School of Business, where his courses covered corporate legal governance and contractual legal issues as they relate to businesses, and at Santa Clara University School of Law where he covers technology licensing. Mitesh also supervises students at the Gonzaga Law School Intellectual Property Clinic and is on the advisory board for the Asian Law Alliance.
