Denise brings considerable legal experience to her role with Reed Smith’s Records & E-Discovery Group. As an E-Discovery Attorney, she supports case teams and clients with various phases of the discovery process.
She assists with reviewing material for responsiveness, making key issue determinations, preparing privilege logs, and assisting case teams with deposition preparation. In addition to her discovery experience, Denise also has an extensive background with contract review and due diligence reviews.
Most recently, Denise has supported discovery and deposition preparation efforts on behalf of a pharmaceutical client. She has also assisted a multinational investment management corporation with analyzing documents for rights offerings and identifying jurisdictional restrictions to participation.
Prior to joining Reed Smith, Denise was an attorney at a Pittsburgh firm which focused on construction law.
