FRANKFURT - Global law firm Reed Smith today announced that it has advised EPAM Systems, Inc. (EPAM) and its German subsidiary, EPAM Systems GmbH, on the acquisition of technology think tank and consulting company CORE SE (CORE).

EPAM, a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services, based in Pennsylvania, U.S., serves customers in more than 35 countries across North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.

CORE is a technology think tank, consulting and transformation service in the IT Industry, which was founded in Berlin in 2009.
