Last month, Reed Smith was named a “leader” and “standout” for the strength of its mergers and acquisitions practice, in BTI Consulting’s M&A Outlook 2022 report. BTI Consulting also included Reed Smith in its survey of the “Most Recommended Law Firms 2021.”
