Paul advises clients on internal investigations including allegations of false claims or other noncompliance with federal and state law. He has represented all types of health care providers in disclosing and refunding Medicare overpayments and assisted in the defense of false claim investigations brought by the Department of Justice and the Office of Inspector General.
