This is the second time Cheng has been honored by Mergers and Acquisitions, having made the most influential women list in 2022.
Based in the firm’s Philadelphia office, Nieto’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions involving public and private companies, private equity, SPACs, joint ventures and cross-border transactions. She has advised on transactions across multiple industries, including consumer goods, digital media, professional services, health care supply chain and transportation. She also represents portfolio company clients in connection with general corporate and commercial matters.
