Recently, she has closed multiple borrower side financing transactions involving construction loan, development loans, mortgage and mezzanine loans relating to senior living properties, multi-family apartment buildings and a wide variety of other asset classes. She has also assisted with the sale, purchase and development of hotels and other alternative asset classes and the related joint venture agreements.
