Kasey is a member of Reed Smith’s appellate group and was previously a member of the firm’s commercial litigation group. He has experience representing a diverse range of clients in a variety of complex matters at both the trial court and appellate levels. At the trial level, Kasey has represented clients in commercial disputes, class actions and international arbitrations. At the appellate level, Kasey has authored in excess of fifty appellate briefs and argued appeals before both the California Court of Appeal and United States Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit, securing a number of significant precedential victories on behalf of his clients in the process.
