David is certified as a Specialist in Appellate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He focuses on civil appeals, writs, and complex law and motion matters in state and federal courts. His work has spanned numerous substantive areas, including product liability, class action, employment, lender/borrower, trade secret, consumer fraud and unfair competition, real estate, administrative law, family law, and general commercial disputes. He has briefed and/or argued over 100 appeals in the majority of federal and California state appellate courts, as well as state appellate courts in New York, Illinois, Washington, Hawaii, Minnesota, New Mexico, and Idaho.
