His transactional experience includes advising on high-profile debt financings, capital markets transactions, and large-scale portfolio transactions involving both loan portfolios and physical assets. Luke also advises on both operating lease and finance lease structures, as well as secured lending, aircraft deliveries, missionized projects, and sale and leaseback arrangements.
