Chris' practice focuses on insurance recovery litigation and insurance-related counseling on behalf of corporate policyholders. Chris’ practice focuses primarily on commercial and high-end residential property, directors and officers, errors and omissions, employer practices liability, commercial general liability coverage and bad faith matters, including those involving private equity acquisition risk, business and contingent business interruption, transportation and logistics risks, intellectual property liability, product liability, securities fraud, fidelity risk, fiduciary liability, and more. He has successfully litigated and negotiated hundreds of insurance disputes with all major U.S. insurers and the London and Bermuda markets. Chris’ insurance coverage practice involves litigation and arbitration throughout the United States.
