Chris is a commercial litigator whose nationwide practice focuses on insurance recovery litigation on behalf of corporate policyholders and insurance-related counseling. Chris’ insurance recovery litigation experience has involved a broad array of coverage matters, including general liability and business risks, directors’ & officers’ (“D&O”) liability, professional errors and omissions (“E&O”) liability, public entity liability, first-party property, private equity acquisition risk, business and contingent business interruption, intellectual property liability, product liability, securities fraud, fidelity liability, fiduciary liability, and more. He has litigated and negotiated resolution of insurance disputes with all major U.S. insurers and the London and Bermuda markets.
