The historic retail arcade, which opened in 1819, offers 37,000 feet of luxury London retail space attracting over four million visitors every year.
Advised London & Regional on the purchase and subsequent financing of the Lensbury Hotel for in excess of £50 million.
Advised Reuben Brothers on the £34 million purchase of 69-70 Pall Mall. The deal was conditional on the incumbent tenant, a global bank, entering into a reversionary lease of the banking hall.
