John is a senior associate in the firm’s Tysons office. He advises clients across multiple industries on corporate governance, corporate finance, investment management, and mergers & acquisitions. John has significant experience representing buyers and sellers in acquisitions (asset and equity), as well as structuring joint ventures and drafting LLC operating agreements, limited partnership agreements, and corporate bylaws and shareholder agreements.

For public and private investor clients, John has negotiated terms of limited partnership agreements, investment management agreements, and side letters for investments into private equity, real estate, natural resources, and credit opportunity funds.  He also has advised on fund formation matters, including the formation of a maritime debt fund for a private fund sponsor. John also negotiates terms for commercial agreements including custodial agreements and vendor and supplier contracts.
