Ginevra is a partner in the firm's Financial Industry Group. Ginevra’s litigation practice focuses on complex class and individual actions in the banking, consumer finance, employment, investment management, and managed care industries. Ginevra’s wide-ranging litigation expertise includes claims brought under various federal and state consumer protection statutes, the CARES Act, and ERISA, and claims involving sales tax collection disputes. Ginevra has extensive experience managing complex discovery matters in federal and state court litigation across the country, including matters that involve large-scale ESI. Ginevra also has deep experience advising clients on garnishments and setoffs, leading a team of attorneys to provide risk management and compliance counselling to multiple national and regional bank clients in this space.
