Ginevra is a partner in the firm's Financial Industry Group, practicing in the area of Financial Services Litigation. Ginevra’s practice focuses on the defense of national and state-wide putative class actions in the banking, consumer finance, investment management, and securities industries. Ginevra also has collaborated with the firm’s Labor & Employment Group in defending and counseling employers in federal litigation across the country.
