He focuses his practice on private equity and mergers & acquisitions. He advises strategic and financial investors on all corporate aspects of domestic, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions as well as on general corporate matters.

Before joining Reed Smith, he worked for two other international law firms in Munich and Frankfurt.
