Her practice focuses on banking and finance transactions, including general banking, syndicated secured and unsecured lending, structured finance, asset finance and PRC cross-border transactions, with particular expertise in advising banks, other financial institutions and borrower companies on cross-border secured transactions and international project finance. She regularly acts for Chinese and foreign banks, financial institutions, enterprises and investors.

Adele has acted for banks, financial institutions and ship owners in ship financing, leasing, sale and purchase and other non-contentious shipping transactions and advised banks and other financial institutions on a variety of vessel financing and chartering transactions and shipowners on vessel financing, re-financing, sales and purchase and vessel registration. She also advises clients on shipbuilding contracts, repayment guarantees, cross-border guarantees and financing structures and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
