(January 3, 2018) – Reed Smith LLP has represented Aurionpro Solutions d/b/a Cyberinc in connection with its pending sale of its industry leading, global Identity and Access Management business to KPMG. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Cyberinc’s IAM business is a 190+ global team with significant presence in the U.S., India, Australia and the U.K. The agreement provides KMPG an opportunity to further expand its information protection services for large enterprises while allowing Aurionpro Solutions d/b/a Cyberinc to focus greater resources on its Isla Malware Isolation platform, the company’s flagship product.
