NEW YORK – Reed Smith today announced that it has represented Nova Capital Management in connection with its pending $101 million sale of portfolio company Ashland Hardware, a North American manufacturer of hardware for residential windows and doors, to Tyman plc, a leading international supplier of engineered components to the door and window industry.
The Reed Smith team was led by New York corporate partner Chris Sheaffer and New York-based associates Anatoliy Rozental, Lowell Bourgeois, and Sophie Ha.
