
Min Jian is a dispute resolution lawyer with broad experience in high-value and complex international commercial and investor-state disputes.
His practice spans a wide range of industries, including energy and natural resources, commodities, aviation, technology, construction and finance. He has experience with arbitrations governed by the world’s leading arbitral rules (including the SIAC, HKIAC, LCIA, ICC, UNCITRAL, ADCCAC, DIAC, GAFTA and CIETAC rules), as well as with litigation proceedings in Singapore, where he has successfully acted for clients at all levels of the Singapore courts. Min Jian regularly works with foreign counsel on questions of foreign law and/or to manage court proceedings in many different jurisdictions. Outside of contentious work, Min Jian advises clients on a wide range of pre-litigation, contractual, and commercial issues. In recent times, Min Jian has increasingly been approached to advise on crypto-related matters, in which he maintains a personal interest.
