Represented leading technology companies throughout the country in venture capital rounds in the form of equity, convertible debt and SAFEs (Simple Agreements for Future Equity), and venture debt, including:
- FinQuery in its $25 million Series B financing led by Periphas Capital and Lavelle Capital
- Flatfile in its $50 million Series B financing led by Tiger Global, with participation from Gradient Ventures, Scale Ventures, Workday Ventures, Afore Capital and Two Sigma Ventures
- OneRail in its $42 million Series C financing led by Aliment Capital
- Yellow Card in its $33 million Series C financing led by Blockchain Capital, with participation from Polychain Capital, Third Prime Ventures, Castle Island Ventures, Block, Inc., Galaxy Ventures, Blockchain Coinvestors, Hutt Capital and Winklevoss Capital
- Nucleus Security in its $43 million Series B financing led by Arthur Ventures and Lead Edge Capital.
