Catriona is a counsel in the Asset Finance team of the Transportation Industry Group. She advises financiers, investors and owners/operators in relation to a broad range of shipping and aviation work. Catriona has extensive experience advising clients on a broad range of transactional shipping and aviation matters, including debt financings, private equity investment, sale and leaseback arrangements, joint ventures and restructurings, acting for investment funds, banks, shipowners, airlines, charterers and lessors. She has experience advising on export credit agency related matters, financing and operating leases, subleasing arrangements and aircraft registration matters. She also has experience advising on shipbuilding contracts and refund guarantees and has acted for buyers and sellers on sale and purchase transactions for commercial vessels.
