Brad works with clients to solve complex business problems. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and corporate restructuring. Brad also provides legal counselling to public and private corporations, boards of directors, and management teams regarding their most important business matters.
Brad constantly works to achieve results through proactive strategies, negotiation, and, where necessary, litigation. His industry experience includes representing companies in the technology, health care, real estate, retail, manufacturing, financial services, and oil and gas industries.
Brad has extensive litigation experience in state court, federal district court, and bankruptcy court. Brad has first and second chair trial experience in bankruptcy courts in the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of Texas representing debtors and creditors.
Brad also has extensive recent trial experience. In December 2018 and November 2019 he led trial teams in jury trials pursuing and defending multimillion dollar claims. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, Brad has been a leader in courtroom appearances for Reed Smith. Brad has conducted dozens of remote hearings, including numerous evidentiary hearings.
