Over breakfast, we will explore key regulatory and legal issues that are increasingly shaping how digital products are built, deployed, and scaled, including:

  • Data sharing and cybersecurity obligations
    Discussion on chances and obstacles arising from latest product compliance requirements
  • Use of data for AI training and related copyright considerations
    Including insights from global case law and regulatory developments
  • Children’s protection in digital products and services
    With a focus on age verification and compliance challenges

The session is designed to be highly interactive, with time built in for discussion and practical questions from attendees.

CLE: This program is presumptively approved for 1.0 CLE credit in California, Connecticut, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, and West Virginia.
