Partners Claude Brown and Craig Enochs, as well as associates Amrit Nagi and Kunle Uthman, look forward to representing the firm and connecting with clients, colleagues, and industry peers from across the energy credit and financial management community. Claude currently serves as an IECA board director, and Craig is a past president of the association.
Craig will also speak during the session, “Indemnification: Enforceability of Contractual Indemnification Provisions (B/I).” The session will provide a practical look at how indemnification provisions function under New York and Texas law and what they mean for contractual and counterparty risk.
This year’s conference will explore some of the key issues shaping the sector, with sessions covering data centers, artificial intelligence, market risk, and other developments affecting the energy industry.
The program will also feature nine available CLE credit hours, including two ethics hours, and the results of IECA’s 2026 Leading Practices Survey.
