Estate of Johnson v. Citizens Bank (NJ Superior Court) – Obtained a jury trial verdict in favor of Citizens Bank in connection with alleged unauthorized endorsements concerning a forged check.
Dranov v. Wells Fargo (New Jersey Superior Court) - Obtained a jury trial verdict in favor of Wells Fargo against Plaintiff’s allegation of unauthorized electronic transactions.
Azir v. Wells Fargo (American Arbitration Association) – Successfully defended Wells Fargo in a multiple day arbitration in which Plaintiff claimed the contents of his safe deposit box were improperly discarded.
Mallory v. Wells Fargo (M.D. PA) – Negotiated a favorable settlement prior to jury trial in a complex case involving allegations related to breach of settlement and loan modification
Davis v. Wells Fargo (E.D. PA) – Obtained dismissal after compulsory arbitration where plaintiff claimed that double presentment of a check
O’Hearn v. Wells Fargo (PA Superior Court) – After obtaining summary judgment in the Court of Common Pleas, successfully argued and briefed appeal before the Superior Court.
