Ben is a partner in the firm’s Global Commercial Disputes Group. Ben has significant experience with all aspects of corporate and commercial litigation, including substantial first-chair trial experience. He is also a go-to resource for Delaware legal opinion letters, which are frequently required as a pre-condition to the consummation of a business transaction, such as mergers, asset sales, and capital raises.
Ben’s litigation practice touches upon all areas of business law, with a particular emphasis on actions governed by Delaware law involving breach of fiduciary duty, inspection of company records, advancement and indemnification of legal expenses, and various post-closing M&A disputes. He also regularly advises Delaware companies in connection with corporate governance matters, including advice to minimize potential litigation risk.
