James is knowledgeable in all aspects of litigation, with experience in a broad array of commercial and small business disputes, as well as family law, criminal law, and municipal law.

During law school, James interned with Newark, NJ municipal prosecutor’s office and with trial counsel at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s satellite office in downtown Newark. Additionally, he participated in Rutgers’ Urban Legal Clinic, representing indigent clients, including appearances in the administrative courts of the Social Security Administration and contribution to appeals submissions heard by the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
