On the transactional side, Cori routinely advises strategic owners, private equity funds, underwriters and other public and privately-held businesses seeking specialized FDA support in connection with health care and life sciences financing and securities transactions, and domestic and international mergers and acquisitions. Cori assists companies with regulatory due diligence and deal document drafting and negotiation during these transactions.

Her practice also includes the representation of clients during internal investigations and self-disclosures to government agencies. She also represents clients in investigations by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, U.S. Department of Justice, and other federal and state agencies.

Since the start of the COVID-19 public health emergency, Cori has helped companies across various industries with manufacture and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment, cardiac monitors, diagnostic tests, and thermography devices, among others, in accordance with FDA Emergency Use Authorizations, enforcement policies, and guidances.
