Catherine is a counsel in the firm’s Insurance Recovery Group. She advises client's on risk management – from insurance policy advice to claims and coverage disputes.
Catherine advises on the coverage position under a wide range of insurance policies, including professional indemnity, directors and officers, crime, property, energy and marine and non-marine policies. She has represented a variety of high-profile international clients across industry sectors, including transportation, energy, retail, life sciences and financial services and has particular proficiency in disputes arising under Bermuda Form policies. Catherine works closely with colleagues both in London and across the firm’s international offices to deliver seamless advice to clients.
