Pamela is counsel in Reed Smith’s Global Commercial Disputes Group. She has substantial experience handling high-stakes and complex commercial disputes for clients in the entertainment, sports, and media industries. Her practice includes prosecuting and defending claims of breach of contract, copyright and trademark infringement, unfair competition, right of privacy violations, defamation, false advertising, and tortious interference.

Pamela also frequently litigates and arbitrates a broad range of matters on behalf of clients in the finance industry – including accounting advisory firms, commercial lenders, and receivers and liquidators of failed banks and offshore hedge funds – as well as commercial real estate investment trusts. Pamela has significant experience defending class actions and multi-district litigations. Additionally, she regularly counsels clients from a wide range of industries on intellectual property and contractual rights and negotiates dispute resolutions prior to the commencement of litigation.
