He advises private equity sponsors, strategic investors and corporate clients on domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, as well as corporate reorganisations and governance matters. His work includes advising on complex acquisitions, divestitures and growth investments across a range of industries, including technology, industrials and business services.

Advised Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. on its US$3.57 billion acquisition of Willis Towers Watson assets and its US$3.25 billion acquisition of the treaty reinsurance brokerage operations of Willis Towers Watson (advised on prior to joining Reed Smith).
