Advised Ram Medical on the primary and secondary sale of a minority equity stake to a subsidiary of Alnahdi Medical, one of Saudi Arabia’s largest health care service providers.
Advised Alazzaz Chemicals on the reorganisation and spin-off of its distribution business and the sale of a significant majority stake to Brenntag, a global leader in the chemical distribution sector.
Advised Alkhabeer Capital on a number of successful transactions in the education, industrial, and health care sectors, including the acquisition of a majority stake in Dawn Medical Clinics and Sindbad Technologies.
Advised a Saudi investment bank on the full disposal of the assets of its education private equity fund, with a deal value of SAR 1.3 billion.
Advised a Saudi investment bank on the acquisition by its industrial investment fund of two business assets of a leading Saudi holding group operating in the industrial sector by way of a spin-off and share purchase, and on the merger of the fund’s industrial assets in KSA and UAE.

Advised a global hotel operator on all legal aspects under Saudi law relating to the operation and management of a five-star hotel in Riyadh, which is owned by a CMA-regulated real estate fund.
Advised several CMA-regulated real estate funds on the property purchase agreements, development agreements, and other ancillary documents relating to the funds’ underlying assets.
Advised a Saudi asset manager on the acquisition of a SAR 1.1 billion income-generating residential complex located in Riyadh.
