Diana has been an associate in the Shipping and International Trade Department of Reed Smith’s Paris office since 2021. She is a dual-qualified (English solicitor/French avocat) working mainly on disputes involving international commercial trade and the shipping industry, brought before international arbitral tribunals as well as French and English courts.

Representative matters

Advising a European aircraft manufacturer on a potential arbitration dispute under a aircraft purchase agreement (English Law)
Advised and represented an African based company in a London seated ICC arbitral claim and related English High Court and Mauritanian proceedings in relation to disputes under a number of loan agreements and an exclusive supply agreement in connection with gas storage and processing facilities in Guinea (English/Mauritanian/Guinean law).
Advised and represented an Asian investment company in relation to a series of arbitrations in London and China in relation to an asset sale and related guarantee (English/Chinese law).
