Erij Akremi

Erij Akremi is a juriste in the Financial Industry Group of our Paris office.

She advises on a wide range of banking and finance matters, with a primary focus on acquisition finance transactions (including leveraged finance), debt restructurings, securitizations, derivatives, and fund structuring.

She also advises corporate clients on regulatory aspects of their applications to the AMF and ACPR.

Prior to joining the firm, Erij completed several internships with leading international and French law firms.
