Etienne focuses on real estate law and regularly advises national and international clients on all legal aspects of national and international real estate transactions, financing, asset management issues, lease agreements, construction agreements, property development, and insolvency issues.

He has extensive experience in the acquisition of commercial, industrial, and residential properties, including by way of sale-and-leaseback transactions.

Sale of MKV, a mixed-use retail/logistics asset in Munich, Germany, to an affiliate of MCAP Global Finance, Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of New York based investment adviser Marathon Asset Management.
Advised a US Bank on the intended acquisition of a € three-digit million NPL-Portfolio, incl. due diligence.
Advised a Danish fund the subsequent sale of various commercial properties to various buyers. Volume three-digit million amount.
